How it work
Platform to allow businesses to create and deploy custom chatbots to improve customer engagement and support.
I build:
a, Website
In this section, the system will automatically gather information and content from the website you provide to build a database.
- The first input box, when entering the URL of the website, the system will retrieve all the pages available on your website.
- After entering the URL and clicking the update button, the system will display relevant links within the website..
- You can customize these links to suit the needs of your chatbot by adding or deleting links as needed.
- The content of these URLs serves as part of the database for the chatbot.
- Finally, click on the 'Save changes' button to complete the process.
Note!! In each step, the process may take a few minutes.
b, Files text
1. In this text file, you will continue setting up the database for your chatbot using input files such as PDFs, DOCX, or image files.
2. The content of these files will be part of the database for your chatbot.
3. Upload files directly from your device.
4.You can upload multiple files.
5. Finally, click on the 'Save changes' button to complete.
c, Q & A
- In this section, you can set up appropriate questions and answers
This will also serve as the database for the chatbot. If similar questions are received during the chatbot's Q&A process, it will provide the predefined answers you have set up here.
4. Click on 'Add question' to complete adding questions and answers. Repeat this process for additional questions and answers

6. Finally, click on the 'Save changes' button to complete.
d, Custom text
- In this section, enter the content into the input box.
- This content will also be part of the database for the chatbot
- Finally, click on the 'Save changes' button to complete.
e, Connect
- In this section, you can directly link a Google Sheet by entering the link into the input box.
- The content within this link will also be part of the database for the chatbot
- Finally, click on the 'Save changes' button to complete
II Customize
a, Generate settings
- In this section, you will design a user interface for the chatbot.
- Fill in the corresponding information for the chatbot such as Chatbot name, Chatbot color, Welcome message, Chatbot Icon, Text placeholder.
- Finally, click on the 'Save changes' button to complete
Click on the icon to preview. The chatbot interface will be demonstrated on the right-hand side.
b, Prompts
- This section will create suggested questions for customers
- Enter the corresponding information into the Prompts and Message fields. Prompts are suggested questions, and Messages are the answers to those questions.
- Click the 'Add Prompt' button to complete adding a prompt.
- Continue with creating, editing, or deleting similar questions as needed.
- Finally, click on the 'Save changes' button to complete.
Click on the icon to preview. The chatbot interface will be demonstrated on the right-hand side.
III Integration
a, Website
- Copy the code snippet or click the 'copy' button to retrieve the code.
Paste the code snippet into the corresponding HTML or WordPress
b, Messenger
Integrate to Messenger
You can integrate your chatbot into Messenger to chat with the chatbot through Messenger.
Step 1:
- Please log in to Taggoai (https://taggoai.com/en)
Log in with your Google account.
Step 2: After successfully logging in, click on the chatbot you want to integrate.
Click on 'Integration'
Then, click on 'Connect Facebook'
Step 3: After clicking, a similar screen will appear. Please choose to connect:
Continue by selecting 'Connect' with your page
When this notification appears, it means you have successfully integrated the chatbot with Messenger:
Now, please check again with Messenger
c, Whatsapp
- Add WhatsApp Product.
- Configure Webhook.
- WhatsApp -> Configure
- Click on Edit & Paste the URL: https://api.taggoai.com/api/webhook/whatsapp
- Verify Access Token: taggoai
- Receive phone number and Access Token.
- WhatsApp -> Set up API
- Copy Access Token.
- Copy phone number.
At the WhatsApp tab, Paste the two fields and 'Save'.
d, Telegram
- In this section, you can integrate the chatbot into a bot on Telegram.
- Open the Telegram app on your phone or access it via a web browser and search for "Telegram".
- Search for and start a conversation with BotFather. This is a bot on Telegram used to create and manage other bots
- In the conversation with BotFather, type the command "/newbot" and follow the instructions to create a new bot. You will need to set a name and username for your bot..
- BotFather will provide you with an API access token, which you will need to send and receive messages from your bot
- Save the token.
- Log in to the website app.taggoai.com/chatbot
- Click on your chatbot.
- Click on 'Integration
- In the Telegram section, enter the token you obtained earlier into the 'Access token' field.
- Click the 'Save' button to complete.
c, Zalo OA
In this section, you can integrate the chatbot into your Zalo account.
- Click on the 'Zalo OA' button.
Note that your Zalo account must be an admin of that Zalo OA
IV Inbox
1, Click on the 'Inbox' button at the header page.
Here, you can view the conversations between customers and the chatbot. You can also participate in the conversation as an admin.
V Lead
1, Click on the 'Lead' button at the header page.
2. Here, customer information who has chatted through the chatbot will be displayed.
3. Click on the 'Download' button to download as an Excel file.
4. Press the 'View Chat' button to view the chat details.
