Top-ups & credit policy
- Top-up: 10,000 credits = $39. Self-serve, with a monthly spend cap.
- Unused monthly-plan credits roll over for 1 month.
- Top-up credits are valid for 12 months.
- Yearly billing: pay 10 months, use 12.
- Tet credit pack (Jan 15 – Feb 20, 2027): 30,000 credits for $79.
- Standard setup fee $79 (waived on yearly billing). Setup + integration from $389.
- Voice/kiosk hardware is quoted per project. Third-party channel fees (SMS, call center) are billed separately.
- Shops installing from the Shopify App Store pay through Shopify, with the same credit plans.
