Terms of Use for Taggo

Introduction

TaggoAI is a service provided by Taggo Ltd ("Taggo", "we" or "us"), located at Da Nang Software Park, 50B Nguyen Du, Da Nang City, Vietnam. These TaggoAI Terms of Use (which we refer to as the "Terms") govern your use of and access to TaggoAI and your content within TaggoAI. Our Program Policy describes your responsibilities when using our Services.

Your use of TaggoAI requires your agreement to the Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not understand the Terms, or do not accept any part of them, then you should not use TaggoAI.

Your Use of TaggoAI

During use, you will need a registered account and password at Taggo, the number of accounts depends on the package you subscribe to.

Your TaggoAI Account

You will need a TaggoAI Account to use TaggoAI. To protect your TaggoAI Account, keep your password secure.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs on or through your TaggoAI Account. Please try not to reuse your Taggo Account password on a third-party application.

If you discover any unauthorized use of your password or TaggoAI Account, follow these instructions.

Your Content

TaggoAI allows you to upload, submit, store, send and receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you have in that content. In short, what belongs to you is yours.

Notices

While using TaggoAI, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those notifications.

Notify Customers via Email about new features or Contact Customers directly for technical or other support to improve the user experience.

Privacy Protection

TaggoAI's Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and protect your privacy when you use TaggoAI. By using TaggoAI, you agree that TaggoAI may use that data in accordance with our privacy policies.

We will implement and maintain all necessary internal safeguards; administrative, physical, and technical to protect the security and integrity of Customer data.

Program Policy

Do not actively alter data generated by Customers. This does not mean that the software system can automatically change the size and format of the data to suit the display purpose and usage function.

Do not access Customer data except in the case of technical error correction or at the request of the Customer or in cases required by law.

Do not disclose Customer data except in one of the following cases; accepted by you and in compliance with the law, or cases specified in this clause.

Customer Data is any information that the Customer sends, uploads, transmits or makes visible on TaggoAI.

Such data includes: messages, notifications, files, images, videos, comments, links, work-related content, links with other parties, third parties
