One brain. Every product.
Taggo Brain is the shared memory behind Taggo Inbox, Agent, Teammate and Content. Teach it once and every Taggo product knows: your knowledge, your customers, your brand voice, your rules.
Included in every plan. Not sold separately.
Your data
- Documents, FAQ, policies
- Website and URL crawl
- Product catalog and price list
- Conversations across channels
- Contacts, deals, orders, tickets
- Shopify and integrations
Every Taggo product
Connect a source once. Every product gets smarter the same day.
What happens without a shared brain
Most teams end up training each AI tool separately, and none of them know the whole customer.
You teach the same thing four times
A price change goes into the chatbot, the sales script, the content brief and the internal wiki. Three of them go stale.
The AI forgets your customer
A customer who asked about shipping on Facebook last week starts from zero on Zalo today, because each channel keeps its own history.
Answers no one can trace
When the AI says something wrong, nobody can tell where it came from, so nobody can fix it at the source.
Every answer comes with its source
Brain does not guess. It retrieves from your own data, answers, and shows which document, conversation or record it used, so your team can verify and correct it.
Last time I ordered the CX-5 package. Is the warranty still 2 years?
Yes. The order #4821 you placed in March includes the 2-year warranty, valid until 14 March 2027. Extended coverage is available for 3 more years.
Sources
- Warranty policy v4
- Order #4821
- Contact: Nguyen Van A
If an answer is wrong, open the source from the answer and fix it once. Every product picks up the correction.
Four layers of memory
Brain keeps more than documents. It keeps what your business knows, what it sounds like, and who it is talking to.
Knowledge
What your business knows.
- Documents and uploaded files
- FAQ and policies
- Crawled website URLs
- Product catalog and price list
Customer memory
Who you are talking to.
- One unified profile across channels
- Conversation history, orders, deals
- Preferences and purchase context
- Facts the AI learned from chats
Brand memory
How you sound.
- Tone of voice
- Reply rules and guardrails
- Banned words
- Approved phrases and templates
Business memory
How you operate.
- Sales and support processes
- Prices and discount rules
- Running promotions
- Working hours and SLA
How it works
From raw data to an answer your team can trust, in five steps.
- 1
Connect your sources
Upload files, crawl a URL, sync your catalog, or connect Shopify and your channels. Conversations and CRM records sync continuously, files and crawls on a schedule.
- 2
Unify the customer
Phone, email, Facebook PSID, Zalo ID and Shopify customer are matched into one contact, so the same person is one memory, not five.
- 3
Index for retrieval
Content is split into chunks and embedded, then searched with keyword and semantic search together and reranked, so the right passage wins over the merely similar one.
- 4
Answer and cite
Every product asks Brain the same way and gets back the passage plus its source, so answers can be traced and corrected.
- 5
Learn and refresh
Brain extracts facts from real conversations with a confidence score, a source and a timestamp, then keeps them current as your data changes.
Memory that stays honest
Business data contradicts itself and goes out of date. Brain is built to notice, not to average the two answers together.
Versioning
Every fact keeps its history. You can see what changed, when, and what it replaced.
Source priority
A confirmed record beats a chat message. Your price list beats an old PDF.
Expiry
Promotions and time-bound facts expire on their own instead of being quoted next year.
Conflict flags
When two sources disagree, Brain flags it for review instead of picking silently.
Built for the way Vietnamese customers actually write
Retrieval is tuned for Vietnamese first, so a question typed in a hurry still finds the right answer.
- With or without diacritics: "bao hanh" finds "bảo hành"
- Teencode and abbreviations from real chats
- Regional words and product nicknames
- Mixed Vietnamese and English in one sentence
One brain, every product
Each product asks Brain for what it needs, under its own permissions.
Taggo Agent
Answers customers with the right policy, the right price and that customer's own history, instead of a generic script.
View detailsTaggo Teammate
Answers your team from real business data: customers, orders, deals and internal documents, with a wider scope than the public agent.
View detailsTaggo Content
Writes in your brand voice, with accurate product facts and the objections your customers actually raise.
View detailsTaggo Inbox
Shows the agent a unified Customer 360 in the conversation, so a human picks up exactly where the AI left off.

You can see inside the brain
The Brain screen in Taggo App is where you check what the AI knows and correct it.
Sources and sync status
Every file, URL and connector, when it last synced, and what failed.
Test questions
Ask Brain a question and see the answer with the exact passages it used.
Fix wrong answers
Correct the answer at its source, or pin the right answer for that question.
Review learned facts
Facts the AI extracted from conversations wait for approval before they are trusted.
Your data stays yours
Brain is isolated per workspace and scoped per role. Nothing is shared between customers.
Workspace isolation
Each workspace has its own index. One business never retrieves another's data.
Scope by role
Internal Teammate sees more than the public Agent. You decide what each one can reach.
PII masking
Sensitive fields can be masked before they ever reach a model or a public reply.
Audit log
Every retrieval and every change to memory is logged with who, what and when.
View, edit, delete
You can open any memory about a customer, correct it, or delete it on request.
Right to be forgotten
Deleting a contact removes their memory from retrieval across every product.
Billed in Credits, like everything else
Brain is not a separate subscription. It uses the same Credit wallet as the rest of Taggo, so you pay for what you actually process.
Ingest and embed
Charged once per document when it is added or re-synced.
Retrieve
Charged per answer that uses Brain, across any product.
Learn a fact
Charged when the AI extracts and stores a new fact from a conversation.
Credits per action and storage limits per plan [to be published].
Frequently asked questions
Do I buy Taggo Brain separately?
No. Brain is the data layer under every Taggo product. If you use Agent, Teammate, Content or Inbox, you are already using Brain.
Is this just a knowledge base?
A knowledge base is one of the four layers. Brain also keeps customer memory, brand voice and business rules, and it connects them to each other.
How does it know two channels are the same person?
Brain matches phone, email, Facebook PSID, Zalo ID and connected store accounts into one contact. When a match is uncertain, it is flagged instead of merged.
Can the AI invent an answer?
Answers are retrieved from your own data and cited. When Brain finds nothing relevant, the product is told so and can hand over to a human instead of guessing.
Can I delete what the AI learned about a customer?
Yes. Open the customer in the Brain screen, review their memory, and edit or delete any of it. The change applies to every product.
Where is my data stored?
Each workspace is isolated and never mixed with another business. [Hosting region: to be confirmed]
